Recently we were alerted to a problem with the DD DVD's when we were notified of a defect in a DVD that was recently purchased from our online store. After checking a number of our in-house copies we found all of them to be defective for playback in a standard DVD player, although they worked fine in our Mac computer DVD drives.

Further testing revealed the DVD's were also problematic when played in PC/Windows computers.

We were aware of problems with previous batches of these DVD's but were assured that those problems would not be present in the stock we ordered. Unfortunately, every one of them we tested was found to be defective.

Srimati Vaidehi devi and her team did a wonderful job of providing some excellent content of Srila Govinda Maharaja's talks and further enhanced the material with beautiful artwork and design of the DVD packaging, which prompted us to write the following description, "The four color glossy 32 page insert is replete with beautiful illustrations and a summary of each talk. A beautiful combination of form and substance."

We want everyone to be happy with this wonderful DVD whether you purchased it from us or not.

Anyone who previously purchased a Divine Dispensation DVD from us will be provided a free replacement of the disc only (No cover material) by regular post. Simply send us some proof that you purchased your DVD from us.
